MOTIVATION

GRUPO ANTOLIN TURNOV is the main supplier of interior systems for cars of various manufacturers and types. Its production is organized according to project orders and specializes in door, ceiling and other interior systems. The customer approached us to help them with the start-up of a new production that was at risk of missing the deadline due to lack of human resources.

SOLUTION

Thanks to our crisis management, we successfully managed to complete the preparation and then the actual implementation and execution of the new logistics concept. To validate our design, we used a dynamic simulation tool that allows us to see the production project in motion before the actual implementation.

CONCLUSION

Using a digital model, we verified the functionality of the model and at the same time avoided potential risks that could occur when production starts. Thanks to this, we met the main goal of our joint cooperation, i.e. a smooth start of production on the originally planned date.
