They contacted us to help them with shortening the time spent on searching for spare parts and streamline the process, too.

Customer’s tools used to search for spare parts did not provide satisfactory and sufficient information, so it was necessary to come up with a new one. The new tool works as a database of spare parts categories, allowing quick and user-friendly search based on the specific criteria. The administrator sees clearly at what location the spare parts are, but also what the parts look like and what the current stock is.
A new reporting Power BI tool saves the administrator up to 1 hour a day. Thanks to the customer’s satisfaction, we will be working on another project together, where we will focus on criticality reviews and spare parts stock optimization.
