MOTIVATION

SKF, a prominent bearings manufacturer, and Logio have been cooperating for a long time, especially in the Business Intelligence area. That is also why they reached out to us to help them create a new app for vibro diagnostics. The app was meant to replace the former solution which did not provide sufficient user comfort.

SOLUTION

After defining the demands, we created an app that’s able to consolidate and interconnect the work of several users, and that’s available on-line on PC, tablet or even a mobile device. The solution consists of 3 main modules: user administration, machine and component management and the administration of the measured data. The app also allows automatic notification alerts and on the client’s demand it has been added a data controlling module.

CONCLUSION

What does that mean for the end user? Thanks to MS Power Apps and Power Automate usage, the users are now able to effectively manage data and eliminate mistakes when entering data. This standardized form of inputs allows a high quality control reporting over the particular area, which assures accurate data evaluation in the whole vibro diagnostic area, but also simplifies and speeds up the user work.
