MOTIVATION

Sportisimo is both a retailer and a wholesaler of sports equipment and clothes. In 2017, the company management asked us to recommend an optimal future logistic strategy related to the expected growth of the company. A part of the solution was to design a new warehouse for textile and footwear.

SOLUTION

Firstly, we prepared logistic strategy variants for future growth of the company in the medium and long term horizon. Designing a new warehouse with automatic solutions was the optimal solution-a sorter for footwear and a line for e-shop. Part of the plan was also the assistance in the selection process of the right supplier of warehouse technologies and implementation support.

CONCLUSION

4 years is the time evaluated for the turnover of the investments into the new automatic warehouse for textile and footwear.
