in selling both inland and outland premium producers´ toys. Logio reached out to Pompo to help them manage their assortment strategies and stock operating more efficiently.

The range of products in the toy industry is considerably specific. In order to be successful, you have to have a lot of things under control; the Christmas season planning and operating, category management across all the sales channels,  and last but not least-the promotions. Our VERITICO software can handle all of that. It is VERITICO that helps our clients predict the sales comprehensively-whether the item you are selling is a regular, promotional, seasonal or a brand new item. VERITICO also automates the preparation of orders from its supplier from both the Czech Republic and abroad; it watches over the minimal order quantities per supplier and it suggests an ideal presentation of the goods in the store rack, considering various specifications (customer age, product line, complementarity etc.).

CONCLUSION

After implementing our software solutions, the availability of goods at Pompo went up by 3% at present increase of the stock turnover. All this continually contributes to higher sales and our client´s prosperity.
