The company not only designs and manufactures trams, metros and trains, but also provides its customers with warranty and full service. The company’s management has decided to take a major step in the digitalization of maintenance and implement a new maintenance management information system (EAM). Logio, with its experience in maintenance and IT, was selected as a strategic partner for the pre-implementation analysis.

As part of the analysis, we mapped all key service processes, starting with preventive, diagnostic, predictive and corrective maintenance processes, through the planning of maintenance work orders to reporting, management and storage of materials. The output was a list of functional requirements for the new EAM, process maps indicating support for each information system and a detailed final report. These outputs will be used in the implementation and will enable its successful management.
