Initial challenge
DHL operates a distribution center for Leder & Schuh (Humanic) and asked Logio to analyze warehouse processes and validate the internal management proposals for increasing productivity.

The project aimed to optimize the warehouse layout, standardize warehouse processes and update operational reporting in order to reduce picker walking distance and improve overall picking productivity.
