SOLUTION

We created a future production digital model on which we tested a couple of possible concepts. Those were different in layout and used technology-either conventional or automatized. Using dynamic simulation we checked the functionality of the design and detected the biggest potential troubles before the realization itself. For the winning variant we recommended an automated concept of the production line service with the AVG/AMR carts.

CONCLUSION

Thanks to this unique design, the company will be prepared for any challenge in the future. Once again, we proved to be a strategic partner in Supply Chain management and we can interconnect traditional methods with the most recent trends and technologies of the industry 4.0.
