Our long-standing customer, one of the leading manufacturers of packaged food in the Czech Republic, approached us for an independent assessment of the state of maintenance in one of its production plants.

specific action plans
Based on interviews and data analysis, we identified the potential of key maintenance areas and developed these into specific action plans. The main priorities were the following recommendations: maintenance planning with an emphasis on failure prevention, systematic staff training and effective downtime management. The current status and qualifications of human resources and the planned start-up of production on the new line were taken into account when designing the action plans for process changes and maintenance management.
After a complete analysis of the maintenance department, we designed and planned the implementation of 7 comprehensive projects leading to continuous improvement of the maintenance process.
