CONCLUSION

Among the main benefits, the stock working capital was decreased by 35% and the stock turnover time was shortened by 43%, clearing the warehouses of the dead stock and therefore freeing storage capacities. Simultaneously, stock availability was increased from 96% to 99,9%, which had a positive impact on sales growth by 65%.
