The project has seen a redesign of the promotional prize solution as the originally proposed solution proved unsuitable due to other than expected inputs. Due to the complexity of the problem and external pressure, this was certainly the most interesting and complex situation. The start of the project, when we were involved in the technical and business analysis, is certainly worth mentioning. From a few pages of document, we ended up creating quite a comprehensive basis for the whole project. Even though we tried to analyze all possible parts of the project in the introduction, there were still a lot of unfinished situations and application links.
A specific feature of this project was definitely that the subsequent application extensions were in a similar scope to the original brief.
It taught us how to work with data that is both large in volume and highly complex/interconnected. The benefit was seeing under the hood – how things generally work in larger companies like Logio. We were able to get inspiration on how project management, communication, internal processes etc. are set up. In other words, we got the opportunity to learn new things from experienced professionals.
This collaboration was definitely one of our biggest projects. We also benefited from the insight into how the business process works at Albert.
When we say Logio, this is what we see: expertise, adherence to agreements both at the managerial and developer level.
This question is somewhat related to the previous one. As we write, we could learn from experienced people in the field.
When we say Logio, this is what we see: expertise, adherence to agreements both at the managerial and developer level. We also liked the fair approach, to the point of saying that we didn’t cooperate at the supplier-customer level, but rather we would call the whole cooperation a partnership – whenever we needed to, Logio was there for us and we always found common compromise solutions. What we also like about Logio is that it is responsible to its customers and makes sure that it keeps its commitments.
The friendly approach of the people we work with, whether it is IT analysts, project managers, IT service, solution architects, etc. It is about 5 – 6 people.
Overall we appreciate a good company culture and a friendly environment, these are the basic prerequisites for a happy cooperation.
And finally, we would like to thank especially Marketa Šuchová and Oto Hausmann, who were the closest to us throughout the project and thanks to them this cooperation has kept positive feelings in us. If the words mentioned above were fairness, expertise, helpfulness and professionalism, we could now easily replace them with the names Markéta and Oto.
